HANDLING TIME

Packages will be shipped within 2 business days of the order being denoted as ready to ship. For stock items, that is from 2 business days of purchase, and for custom orders, that is from 2 business days of you approving your custom order for shipping.

U.S. SHIPPING SERVICE

By default, I ship via USPS Priority Mail, insured with signature confirmation. I am shipping out of California, so depending on the location I am sending to, that service averages 1-3 business days of transit time per USPS. Please be sure that you or someone else is able to sign for your package on delivery; if the package is returned to me because of nondelivery, you will be responsible for costs to send the package out again.

I understand that mail carriers are not all created equal depending on where you live, so if for some reason you anticipate issues with my default service, please do not hesitate to let me know as soon as possible prior to your order being shipped. I am able to check whether a different service is available and if so, how much it would cost, but once the package is out of my hands, I will not have the ability to pivot.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, I am only shipping within the United States while I get my footing, as I am very new to shipping jewelry. If you are interested in placing an order to be shipped outside the US, please feel free to contact me so I can look into your country's shipping restrictions and determine if I feel capable of getting your order to you safely. Any international shipments would carry a different shipping cost than my standard domestic rate, and you will be responsible for customs fees and tariffs for the full value of your order.
