What I like about this stone: I was immediately drawn to the color when I found this stone, which checks out, because it's coated rather than the stone's natural color. Maybe I'm just cheesy, but coated moissanite colors just tickle my brain the right way. I love how moody this blue is, which is strongly contrasted by how fiery the stone is.

All stones are photographed/recorded to the best of my ability to reflect color, clarity, and scale. If you would like to request a specific video, please contact me!

*Please note that the color of this moissanite is coated! That means that rather than the color running throughout the stone, a coating was applied to a colorless stone to give the appearance of color. Usually, this coating is applied to just the bottom of the stone, which reflects up through the face and creates the illusion that the color is inside of the stone. The coating can wear away with high temperatures and surface damage/abrasion, and should never be cleaned with an ultrasonic cleaner or steam to preserve the effect. Damaged coating typically gives the effect of flaking/peeling off, and usually first become noticeable on the edges of the stone's facets. The stone itself is durable and will outlive the color effect, but coated colors should be avoided if you are opposed to the color changing once it sustains enough wear and tear.
